Verification Code Not Received - Troubleshooting Guide
Why am I getting asked for a verification code repeatedly?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) will only ask for a verification code when your IP address or device changes. If you keep getting prompted for a code every few minutes, it usually means your IP is changing frequently (common with unstable mobile networks or VPNs).
Solution:
- Maintain a stable IP address and use a single device to access the tool.
- We do not allow VPN usage to access our tools — using a VPN causes constant IP changes and repeated verification prompts.
- If verification keeps failing, try logging in from a new browser. Creating a new Chrome profile can also help isolate session/cookie issues that trigger repeated verification.
Verification code not arriving in email
If the verification code isn't coming through to your email:
- Contact support with the email address associated with your Digitavision account.
- Support will check your account status and IP activity. If frequent IP changes or VPN usage is detected, follow the steps above (stable IP/device, new browser or Chrome profile).
- If the tool supports it, support can manually fetch and share the verification code with you directly in the chat once you provide the email tied to that specific tool/account.
Account locked after verification issues
If your account gets locked (for example, due to account sharing detected while troubleshooting a verification issue), this is enforced as per our Terms & Conditions. Multiple users on a single account is not allowed. Support can unlock the account temporarily, but repeated violations will lead to a permanent ban.
Phone number verification
Some tools (e.g., Perplexity) may ask you to verify your phone number by sending a security code to it. This is a standard verification step — simply enter your own phone number to receive and confirm the code.
Tips
- Always use the specific email associated with the tool/account when asking support to resend or check a verification code.
- Avoid switching networks/devices frequently while logging in, as this triggers repeated 2FA prompts.
