How can I change my email address for my account?
To change the email address associated with your account or subscription, submit an email change request ticket here: https://member.digitavision.com/helpdesk
In your ticket, include:
- Your current account email
- The new email address you want to use
Our support team will contact you on the ticket and update your email once verified.
Note: Accounts cannot be deleted; only the email on file can be updated to a new address.
