How to Send a Screenshot of an Issue for Support

Why We Ask for a Screenshot

When you report an issue with a tool (access problems, login errors, limit messages, etc.), support will usually ask you to send a full-screen screenshot so the team can properly review and diagnose the problem.

How to Take and Send a Full-Screen Screenshot

  1. Take the screenshot from your PC/desktop, not your phone. Screenshots taken from mobile are often blurry and hard to review.
  2. Make sure the screenshot captures the entire screen (full browser window, URL bar, and the error message), not just a cropped part of it.
  3. Upload the screenshot using a link (for example via prnt.sc, screencast, or a similar screenshot hosting tool) and paste the link in the chat.

Tips

  • If your screenshot is blurry or unclear, support will ask you to retake it from a PC.
  • Always include the exact error message or page you're stuck on, not just a general view.
  • If you're reporting a login or access issue, also mention which access link/account you were using (e.g., access1, access2) so support can check the correct one.
