Extension Reload

Please reload the extension following this:

If a tool does not connect or access is not working, first log out of any personal account in the browser, or try a new browser. You can also create a new Chrome profile and install only the Digitavision extension there, then re-access the tool.

Then re access the tools.

If the issue continues, clear your browser cookies and access the service again from https://member.digitavision.com/member using incognito mode. When reporting the issue, provide a full-screen screenshot so it can be reviewed.

If Keepa still does not work, send a full-screen screenshot of the issue for review.
