How to Clear Browser Cookies for Better Tool Access

Many login and access issues (login failures, "Resource not found" errors, session expired messages, tools showing outdated/cached data, or repeated access errors) are caused by browser cookies or cache. Clearing your browser cookies usually resolves these issues.

Steps to Clear Browser Cookies

  1. Go to your browser settings and find the option to clear browsing data (for Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data).
  2. Make sure Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected, then clear the data.
  3. Watch this guide video if needed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RzKXxBnvwY
  4. After clearing cookies, go to https://member.digitavision.com/member and re-access the tool.

Alternative Options

  • Incognito Mode: Instead of clearing cookies, you can try accessing the tool from an incognito/private browsing window. This often fixes the issue without deleting your saved data.
  • New Chrome Profile: If clearing cookies or incognito mode doesn't help, create a new Chrome profile and install only our extension there (do not keep other extensions). Then re-access the tool from that profile.

  • Try a different browser: If the issue persists on one browser, try accessing the tool from a different browser altogether.

Notes

  • Tool showing old/previous data (e.g., ChatlyAI) is usually caused by cached data in the browser — clearing cache or using a new Chrome profile resolves this.
  • After clearing cookies, always re-access the tool through the member panel: https://member.digitavision.com/member
