Troubleshooting ChatGPT Login Issues

What to do if you are having ChatGPT login issues

If you're having trouble logging into ChatGPT (login window keeps popping up, session expired message, error 500, account not opening, or history not loading), follow these steps:

1. Retry from Incognito Mode

Most login/loading issues are resolved by opening ChatGPT in an incognito/private browser window. Do not close the tab, simply reload the page and retry.

2. Always Access via the Official Panel

Always open ChatGPT (and other tools) from the official member panel link, not from bookmarked/old links:

Accounts are updated/rotated regularly, so using the panel link ensures you get the latest active credentials.

3. Session Expired / Verification Code Issues

If you see a "Your session has expired" message or are asked for a verification code (OTP) after logging in:

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting first.
  • If it persists, contact support - the team will check if the account was deactivated/banned and provide a replacement account along with new login credentials from:

4. Internal Server Error (500) or Login Window Looping

If you get a "500 Internal Server Error" or the login window keeps reopening repeatedly:

  • Reload the page and retry.
  • If it continues, report it to support so the account/tool can be updated on their end.

Important Note About Chat History (Shared Accounts)

On the ChatGPT Shared Access plan, accounts may be rotated occasionally due to usage limits or account bans. This means:

  • Previous chat history is not guaranteed to be preserved.
  • Always export/save your important responses or work immediately after finishing a task, since you may not be able to retrieve it later if the account is switched.

If none of the above steps resolve your issue, contact support with a full screenshot of the error so they can assist further.
