Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

How it works?

At [Digitavision], we are committed to providing a high-quality and reliable service to all our users. To ensure this, we operate under a Fair Usage Policy, which helps us manage our resources effectively and provide a consistent experience for everyone.

What is Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?

Fair Usage means ensuring that all users have an equitable opportunity to utilize our services.
While we may not always enforce strict, hard limits on the usage of certain tools or features, this does not imply unlimited usage.
In the current landscape of AI and SaaS, there is no such thing as truly "unlimited" usage. Every interaction, every process, and every piece of data consumes server resources, which incur costs.
No provider in this market genuinely offers an "unlimited" service without underlying resource consumption. We operate under the same reality.

Why Do We Have a Fair Usage Policy?

To Ensure Equal Access: The FUP is in place to make sure that everyone on our platform gets a fair chance to use our services properly and without degradation caused by excessive use from a small number of users.
Resource Management: It allows us to manage our server resources efficiently, preventing any single user or group of users from monopolizing resources and impacting the performance for others.
Sustainability: By preventing abuse and ensuring fair usage, we can maintain the quality of our service and keep it sustainable for all users in the long run.

How Does FUP Work in Practice?

No Specific Hard Limit: Our FUP does not define a precise, numerical limit beyond which your usage will automatically violate the policy.
Focus on "Light Usage": As long as your usage of our services is considered "light" and reasonable, it is highly unlikely to trigger any FUP concerns.
What Constitutes "Light Usage"? This generally refers to usage patterns that align with typical, individual, use cases, and do not involve continuous, automated, or excessively high-volume operations that could strain our infrastructure. Also meaning that you cant share with anyone or team . Only single user usage
When FUP Might Be Addressed: If a user's consumption patterns are consistently and significantly outside the norm, and begin to negatively impact the service for other users or our overall infrastructure, we may reach out to discuss their usage.

Our Commitment to You

We strive to be transparent and fair in our approach. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service, and the Fair Usage Policy is a vital part of achieving that. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality experience for our entire community.

If you have any questions or concerns about our Fair Usage Policy, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
